1.4.1 Suggested Antenna Location
The antenna can be mounted on the roof of the
vehicle, with the exception of cellular phone car
kit antennas which transmit power below 2W.
Such low powered systems should have their
antenna located at the bottom of the A-pillar
behind the trim or on the front windscreen.
NOTE:
After the installation of RF transmitters,
check for disturbances from and to all electrical
equipment in the vehicle, both in the standby and
transmit modes.
Check all electrical equipment:
