20 allen bolt(15#) and

2pcs

8 washer (21#).

(B) Attach the arm curl pad (11#) onto the dip arm(7#), Secure them with 2pcs M8

70 Allen bolt(17#)

and 2pcs curved washer(23#), Install another with the same way.

Chinning bar(8#) to the top opening of the upper frame(5#), Secure them with 2pcs M8

40 Allen bolt (16#) and 2pcs

8 curved washers (22#), and then push 2pcs

60 end cap to cover the

openings.
