INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Power
Switch on the microphone using the switch and the on/off button. Wait a few moments while the software is
loading the following sequence will occur: the LED power indicator will switch on POWER and the LED TALK
button indicator will light up for a moment, then “
”, will be shown on the display, the microphone is ready).
When the microphone is not in use it will go into standby mode and “00” will flash on the display until a key
or the TALK button is pressed.
Microphone Sensitivity
If it is neccessary to adjust the sensitivity of the microphone, to increase or decrease its gain, make the
adjustment according to the needs in the potentiometer located on the lower part of the microphone. Be
especially careful not to select too much gain and distort the signal.
Chimes
Using the CHIME selector it is posible to activate (ON) or deactivate (OFF) the chimes. If the chimes are
activated (CHIME) chimes recorded in the memory will be broadcast to warn of paging. The chimes are
broadcast before and after paging.
It is posible to change the chimes using a PC. For more information refer to the “
PC Connection
” section”.
