USB/SD/MP3 RECORDER/PLAYER (MOD. FAP-12GU)
USB/SD/MP3 player
The equipment can reproduce MP3 files contained in a USB storage device or in an SD memory card. Follow
the steps below:
- Connect a USB storage device to the USB port of the equipment or insert an SD card in the corresponding
slot.
- To turn the player on, give one long press to the
q
/

button.
- Select the desired audio source, pressing the SD/USB button to choose between the SD card and the USB
storage device.
- If the screen shows
it means that no USB device or SD card is connected. Connect one of the two to continue playing.
- If the screen shows
it shows that the equipment is searching for audio tracks in the chosen storage device. The reproduction
will start and the following will appear on the screen

to choose the previous or following audio track. With the
button you can choose between
the different reproduction types: random playing, repeat all the audio tracks, repeat a specific audio track
or repetition deactivated.
- The volume can be turned up or down with the (+,-) control
- To stop playing press

, the screen will show
- To stop the player, press the

button for a few seconds.
Note
: If the screen shows
you need to charge the rechargeable batteries, by connecting the mains adapter to the equipment and a
power supply source or replacing the alkaline batteries.
USB/SD/MP3 recording
With the personal amplification system mod.
FAP-12GU
an audio fragment can be recorded in a USB storage
device or an SD memory card.
Follow the steps below:
- Switch the player on by pressing the
q
/

button for a few seconds.
- Press the REC button for a few seconds, the screen should show
- Press the SD/USB button to choose which memory device the recording will be stored in: the SD
memory card or the USB storage device.
- Press the REC button again. The word REC will blink 3 times on the screen and the recording will begin.
The screen will show the duration of the recordings.
