Warnings
Do not operate the wheelchair following consumption of alcohol, or when you are overly tired or are not self aware
enough to safely operate your wheelchair and guarantee your safety.
Please check that the driver of this wheelchair does not suffer from any condition which may adversely effect their
mental capacity when operating the wheelchair and result in loss of control.
If you are taking any form of medication, please consult with your doctor regarding any possible adverse effects it may
have on your ability to operate the wheelchair.
Check the condition of the wheelchair each time prior to use to confirm that the braking system is functioning correctly,
that the folding seat is securely locked and that the battery is charged enough for your journey.
Under no circumstances should you ever remove the anti-tip system.
Do not modify this wheelchair without the authorization of the manufacturer
Never expose the electrical system of this wheelchair to humid environment (such as rain, snow or fog), do not wash
this vehicle with water, which will damage the electrical system. If the wheelchair is wet, it should only be used after
being dried and then checked that it is operating correctly.
Do not drive the wheelchair under adverse weather conditions, such as rain, snow, fog, strong wind, and temperatures
lower than -20
℃
or higher than 40
℃
. The electrical system may be damaged under those conditions to cause
failures in control.
Never drive the wheelchair on sand, sea, water including puddles, icey or slipping surfaces, or saline and alkaline.
II. Warnings whilst Operating
:
1. This wheelchair is designed with only one seat and is not designed for carrying passengers.
2. This wheelchair is not intended to be used for moving or loading cargos.
3. The operator should sit on the seat and grip the joystick for operation.
4. Do not drive in a zigzag manner, take a sudden turn at high speed or lean heavily to one side to try to counteract
turns at high speed.
5. Always take extra care and drive slowly on uneven or soft surfaces (such as grassland), when making a turn, in highly
populated areas like pedestrian zones, shopping centres and parks, and when crossing the road
6. Do not use wireless communication devices such as mobile phone whilst driving. These devices should only be used
when you stop the wheelchair in a safe place and turn off the power supply.
7. When reversing, pay close attention to people or other vehicles behind you.
8. Drive at a slow speed when entering and exiting an elevator. Do not attempt to use on an escalator!
9. Stay alert when driving up or down a slope, ensure seat belt is fastened and always approach the slope in a straight
line at a slow speed. Do not attempt to drive the wheelchair across a slope which exceeding the limit of this wheelchair.
10. Do not cross any slopes exceeding 5°at a high speed.
11. Do not attempt to climb over obstacles or steps higher than 4cm, which will prevent the wheelchair from moving
forward.
12. Do not cross any gap wider than 10cm. Always drive the wheelchair in a straight line when crossing gap less than 10
cm in width.
13. Do not frequently start or stop the wheelchair.
15. Do not lend your wheelchair to anyone who is not familiar with or has never used this vehicle. Do not let children
