OWNER’S MANUAL

INSTALLATION

 

NOTE: 

Do not drill mounting holes in fog head enclosure. It is 

designed to be air tight. 

1.

 

Mount enclosure 

where desired with screws or bolts and mounting tabs  

provided. If you plan to use 3/16” ID tubing for the liquid feed, apply teflon 

tape to hose barb and screw tightly into fitting on bottom of enclosure. If you 

plan  to  use  a  flare  or  compression  fitting,  install  the  appropriate  1/8”  NPT 

adapter. 

2.  Mount vortex nozzles

 to the sides of the unit. Slide the nozzler onto the 

receptacle on each side. Adjust nozzle to desired direction. To adjust, loosen 

clamp around nozzle and rotate union. Tighten all band clamps. Insert gray 

liquid connector into side of box.

Test operation. 

Make sure POWER switch is OFF and CONTROL switch is 

set to PRESSURE. Plug unit into a 15A grounded receptacle.  Turn POWER 

switch  ON    and  CONTROL  switch  to  MANUAL.  Yellow  lamp  (Low  Fan 

Pressure)  flashes  momentarily  and  unit  turns  on  (green  light  steady).  Reset 

CONTROL to PRESSURE and POWER to OFF.

4.  Connect liquid

 feed line to inlet and secure to hose barb with spring 

clip. 

5.  Attach inlet air collar 

to clean air duct and tighten clamp.

Open metering valve 

and pressurize liquid line. Turn POWER ON and 

CONTROL to PRESSURE. Observe fog and adjust metering valve for desired 

liquid droplet size.

7.

 

Set timers or control devices

 and fine-tune as required.
