Ste p 1
Push down the stomp
brake to free the
handlebar latch.
Ste p 2
Rotate the tube 90
degrees until it is in the
upright position.
Ste p 3
Rotate the lever 90
degrees to the upright
position. Apply force to
lock the lever into the
locked position.

Slide the locking sleeve
down until it is fully
seated.
