MAKE A CONFERENCE CALL

Conference calling is a network service that allows up to six
persons to take part in a conference call. Call waiting function
should be activated to use the conference calling service. Refer to
“
Call waiting ” on page 42 for more details.
(1) When you are on a call with the first participant and a new
participant is trying to reach you, answer the new call with the
first one to be put on hold.
(2) Press key and select
［
Add to conference
］
to connect the
calls. During the conference call, you can press to access
the following options:
Options Functions
Swap Switch between the active call and on-hold
one.
End current call End the current call.
End all calls End the conference call.
Add to
conference Connect the conference call.
Mute Refer to “ Options during a call ” on page 11
for more details.
Recent calls Enter [ Recent calls ] menu. Read “ Recent
calls ” on page 15 for more details.
Phbook Enter [ Phbook ] menu. Read “ Phbook ” on
page23 for details.
Messages Enter [ Messages ] menu. Refer to
“ Messages ” on page 30 for more details.
(3) If you want to drop a participant from the conference call,
select it from the list and then press and select [ End
