This product complies with the WEEE Directive marking requirements. The affixed label indicates that you must 

not discard this electrical/electronic product in domestic household waste. Product Category: With reference to 

the equipment types in the WEEE Directive Annex I, this product is classed as category 9 “Monitoring and Control 

Instrumentation” product. Do not dispose of this product as unsorted municipal waste.
Indicates a Class 2 laser. DO NOT STARE INTO BEAM The following text may appear with the symbol on the 

product label: “IEC/EN 60825-1:2014. Complies with 21 CFR 1040.10 and 1040.11 except for conformance with 

 

IEC 60825-1 Ed.3., as described in Laser Notice No.56, dated May 8, 2019.” In addition, the following pattern on 

the label will indicate wavelength and optical power: λ = 635 nm RED or λ = 520 nm GREEN, < 1 mW.

Note

In colder climates, the Product needs sufficient time to warm up to achieve the stated accuracy measurements. Turn 

on both the horizontal and vertical lasers and wait 3 minutes before you take a measurement. When you move the 

Product between environments with large differences in ambient temperature, allow for an additional adjustment time.
