Before first use
1.
First place the 4 included AA batteries. Remove the battery cover
underneath the product. Then insert the batteries with correct
polarity direction into the battery slots. The correct direction is
displayed on each battery slot.

You are able to set the preferred unit:
kg - lb - st:lb
by pressing
the unit button located underneath the product. Press the button
until the preferred value is shown on the screen.

Place the scale on a hard and flat surface for the most accurate
reading. Do not use this scale on carpets because it will give an
inaccurate reading.
Use without the Flow Fit Scan app
You can measure your weight without the Flow Fit Scan app.
1.
To use the scale without the app, step on the scale and the
display will turn on automatically.
2.
The measured weight will directly appear on the screen of the
scale.
If you want to measure your Body Mass Index, body fat, body
water, muscle mass, bone mass and visceral fat you need to
connect your scale to the Flow Fit Scan app as described on the
next pages.
