Operating the needle scaler

This needle scaler is designed to operate on 90 PSIG.
Lower pressure (below 90 PSIG) will reduce performance
of the tool. Higher air pressure (over 90 PSIG) raises the
performance of the tool beyond its rated capacity and
could cause serious damage to the tool and the user.

Needle replacement
WARNING:
Disconnect the tool from the air supply before
servicing or changing accessories.

Grip needle tube at knurled portion and turn counter
clockwise until it loosens from the barrel. Remove and
replace needles in needle holder making sure all needles
are inside the spring before reassembling.

Operating the needle scaler
□
Always place needles against the work surface before
depressing the throttle lever. Free air operation of this tool
can damage internal components.
