from date of shipment providing:
Device is purchased from FLIR Commercial Systems or an Authorized reseller
Device is registered online at www.flir.com/test/warranty within 60 days of shipment
FLIR is notified within 30 days of a defect being found
FLIR is contacted to obtain a Return Authorization number before returning product
The sender is responsible for shipping, freight, insurance and proper packaging to prevent damage
This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from action of the user such as misuse, improper wiring,
operation outside of specification, improper maintenance or repair, or unauthorized modification.
