Resetting the camera to default settings
If your camera has a hardware reset button, press and hold the button for 5 seconds to reset the
camera to default settings.
The camera must be connected to power to perform a factory reset.
OR
If your camera does not have a hardware reset button (e.g. DND13TL2), you can reset the camera
using a web browser.
To reset the camera using a web browser:
1. On a computer on the same LAN as the camera, open a web browser and enter the camera’s IP
address in the address bar.
TIP:
You can see the IP addresses of cameras to the LAN using the UpdateTool.

) and click
Login
.
Enter Camera User Name (default: admin)
Enter Camera Password (default: admin)
Click Login

Default Settings
.
Click Default Settings
4. Click
Restore
then click
OK
to reset the camera to default settings. The camera will reboot.
Click Restore to reset
the camera
