7.2.7 Hydraulic rear panel
One hydraulic connection:
The hydraulics of the trailer are configured such that,
while loaded, the rear panel opens first after which the
tipper bridge tilts up.
In addition, there are two stopcocks at the front of the
drawbar, which can be used to lock the rear panel and the
tipping cylinder.
When opening the hydraulic rear panel, the engine must
be running at a low speed (idle). Failure to observe this
can lead to pressure build-up in the hydraulic system.
As a result, the hydraulic rear panel may unlock but then
fail to open fully before the tipper bridge is raised.
Two hydraulic connections:
Always open the rear panel first and then raise the tipper
bridge; proceed in reverse order when closing.

When using the hydraulic rear panel, the trailer must be moved a few metres from the
unloading location after the load has been emptied. Only then can the tipper bridge be
lowered.
Never tilt the bridge too close to other objects (walls, trees etc.) as the rear panel swings out to the
rear.
Failure to observe this can result in breakage.
It must always be ensured that the long lifting hole is free of foreign bodies and other
contamination.
There is a risk of crushing in the area of the rear panel during tipping.
7.2.8 Mechanical swing-mounted rear panel (optional)
The rear panel must first be unlocked. The rear panel then opens during the tipping process. When the
body is returned to its starting position, the rear panel closes automatically. It must then be secured
again.
When using the mechanical rear panel, the trailer must be moved a few metres from
the unloading location after the load has been emptied. Only then can the tipper
bridge be lowered.
There is a risk of crushing in the area of the rear panel during tipping.
