Maintenance
Before maintenance work is carried out, the current must be disconnected and the fan must
have stopped
• The fan must be cleaned as required, and at least once a year to maintain its capacity, and also to prevent
imbalance, which can damage the bearings.
• Detach the fan from the duct and loosen the four screws that hold the two halves of the fan together. Ac-
cess to the fan is then easy.
• Do not use fl uids at high pressure or strong solvents to clean the fan. We recommend cleaning with a va-
cuum cleaner or compressed air, and then wiping the fan carefully with a damp cloth.
• When maintenance work is complete, check that the fan does not make unexpected noises.
Troubleshooting
Troubleshooting must be performed by an authorised electrician
• Check that the power supply is connected to the fan.
• Turn off the power supply and check that the fan wheel is not obstructed.
• Check that the wiring in the connection box is correctly connected.
• If the motor protection is triggered, the fan will start when the motor has cooled down.
• If none of these hints help, then contact your dealer.
Accessories
The fan can be regulated by an external speed regulator, which can be installed in any suitable place. Art. no.
09301.
For Easy 150, which requires a transition to a Ø160 mm duct, reduction 160/150 (art. no. 100699) can be used
with a fi xing sleeve Ø150 (art. no. 100712).
Storage
In the original packaging in a ventilated room at a temperature b5°C - +40°C. The relative humidity
must not exceed 80% (T=25°C).
