Remove the valve retaining nut as shown below and disconnect the
wires to the microswitch as shown below in Fig. 18

Remove the thermocouple, which is a push fit into the rear of the control
valve.
4.4
REMOVING THE ODS- PILOT ASSEMBLY
Note : Because this appliance is fitted with an atmosphere sensing ODS-pilot
it is not possible to replace the thermocouple separately, because the
thermocouple position is factory set to a tight tolerance. Any replacement of
parts on the pilot requires a complete new pilot assembly.
a)
Remove the pilot retaining screws as described in section 4.2 d) &
fig. 15
b)
Disconnect the pipe pipe and push fit ignition lead
c)
Replacement new ODS in reverse order, and carry out a gas tightness
test.
