8. FAULTS

If any faults occur during operation, they shall be repaired by
qualified maintenance personnel.
Some examples of incorrect use:
- foreign particles inside fan (AHU)
- corrosive media inside AHU
- too low or high temperatures
- too high vibrations
- incorrect maintenance
Possible problems generated:
- bearing damage
- corrosion damage
- vibration generated damage
- broken impeller

9. SPARE PARTS

The following spare parts are available: impeller, inlet cone (in-
cluding the front plate), motor and drive. Please contact Fläkt-
Group sales unit.

10. RECOMMENDED DISTANCE TO OTHER

COMPONENTS

To achieve the best possible operation of the fan inside of the Air
Handling Unit the following minimum distances shall be followed:

11. AIR FLOW MEASUREMENT DEVICE

The airflow sensor is used for measuring the airflow of the plug
fans. The method is based on differential pressure. The pressure
is measured at a specific point in the inlet cone and the reference
pressure is measured upstream of the inlet cone. The air flow
sensor is supplied factory mounted  in the inlet cone. The air flow
is calculated as a function of the coefficient k and the differential
manometer reading
