Safety Instructions
1.1
General
•
Read the user manual completely and carefully before use.
It is part of the product and contains important information for correct use.
•
Keep this user manual.
It must be available for uncertainties and passing the product.
Notes for network separation
The product has no power switch and may be used only in easily acces
sible outlets to quickly remove it in an emergency and after use.
Voltage-free only with pulled plug.
•
In case of emergency, during thunderstorms and after use,
pull the product on its plug housing!
•
Only use the supplied power supply.
Battery hazards
The batteries are not replaceable.
•
Leave leaked, deformed or corroded batteries inside the
product and dispose it by appropriate protectives.
•
Do not throw into fire.
Hot surfaces
The glue heats up to 140 °C at the adhesive outlet opening.
•
Avoid proximity to flammable surfaces.
•
Wear suitable protective gloves.
•
For burns, hold the injured site under cold water for cooling,
consult a doctor and remove adhesives after hardening.
Not meant for children.
•
Do not open the housing.
•
Do NEVER let the product unattended in use.
•
Compare the specifications of product, power supply and
peripherals. These must be identical.
•
Do not repair defective products by yourself, but contact the
dealer or producer.
•
Do not modify or alter product nor accessories.
•
Avoid stresses such as heat and cold, moisture and direct
sunlight, vibration and mechanical pressure.
•
Risk of injury by stumbling and falling
•
Use a stabil, non-slipping, fire-prof and horizontal surfaces.
•
Only use in dry ambience.
•
Do not operate in an explosive environment.

Do not use on creature!

Description and Function
2.1
2in1 LED table and clamp magnifying lamp
Your hot glue gun is designed for one-component PUR (polyurethane) -Schmelz-
klebstoff. This is suitable for wood, glass, ceramics, div. Plastics, leather, textiles,
etc. but NOT for PP, PE styrofoam and silicone.
The adhesive is suitable for indoor and outdoor use since it from -40 ~ +100 ° C
is thermally stable, it offers immediate and high strength. Furthermore it is solvent-
free and heat resistant as removable only at ~130 °C again.
The product can be operated wirelessly or with power supply.

Scope of Delivery

Intended Use
We do not permit using the device in other ways like described in chapter
Description and Function. Use the product only in dry interior rooms. Not
attending to these regulations and safety instructions might cause fatal
accidents, injuries, and damages to persons and property.

Preparing
•
Compare the specifications of product, power supply and
peripherals. These must be identical.
•
Charge the battery-powered glue gun before first use completely.
If the first charge operations performed incompletely, it may negatively
affect the battery capacity.

Charging the battery-powered glue gun

• Lay the cables in a safe way.
Material damage
•
Charge only at ambient temperatures

1.
Plug the supplied power supply in the
DC connector of the battery-powered
glue gun and in a free and easily
accessible
mains
outlet.
The charging indicator lights
red
during charging
and
green
when fully charged.
During charging, the battery-powered glue gun
can not be switched on and used.
Charging takes ~ 3-5 hours.

Disconnect the battery-powered glue
gun after charging from the power
supply.

operation.

Insert a glue stick up to stop into the
adhesive
outlet
opening.
2.
Press the ON / OFF switch to turn on
and hold it until the Power LED lights
red.
The battery-powered glue gun heats up.
It is ready for operation when the Power LED lights
green.
3.
Lead the battery-powered glue gun
to
the
adhesive
spot.
4.
Press now the flux controller until the
desired amount of adhesive emerges.
5.
Press ON / OFF switch to turn off 1x
briefly.
The working time per battery charge is max. ~ 45
minutes.

Work instructions
Only Fixpoint
®
glue sticks ensure proper function.
Surfaces of materials to be bonded must be dry, grease-free and clean.
•
For many materials, for example, at post-treated metals such as alumi-
num and galvanized metals, we recommend to roughen adherend super-
ficy.
•
Work at room temperature, warm up by the material, e.g. stones and
metals, so that the adhesive does not cure too quickly and makes it
difficult to align.
•
Remove excess glue after curing after about 2 minutes by scraping with a
knife.
•
Apply the adhesive in dots and stripes, do not elapse it.
•
Turn off the battery-glue gun when not in use.
•
Connect the materials immediately to each other after applying to reach
the adhesive to optimum strength.
