are bent at 90

 

 

OPERATION & ADJUSTMENTS

 

WARNING: Remove all objects from tabletop prior to making any adjustments. Never ad-
just the unit while the treadmill is moving. Keep fingers clear of hinge mechanisms.

 

STEP ONE: SET HEIGHT

 

 

Use both hands when making this adjustment.

 

 

Place your dominant hand on the red lever and non

-

dominant hand at top center of 

tabletop. Do not place hand on sides near hinge mechanisms.

 

 

Use your non

-

dominant hand to control the motion of the tabletop up or to push 

the tabletop down. Release the adjustment lever to lock position
