Control
Check after cleaning/disinfection the action of moving parts to ensure smooth operation throughout the intended
range of motion, the clamping force, the surface regarding corrosion, damages, chipping, and dirt and sort out
impaired products
.
Products that are still dirty must be cleaned and disinfected again.
Packaging and storage
Please avoid re-contamination of the product by adequate protection / packaging and store the products in a dry
and dust-free place. After assembly and prior to next use, further disinfection by wiping all surfaces (as in pre-
treatment) may be required.
Maintenance
Special maintenance is not required. The product should be sent back to the manufacturer or distributor if the
action of moving parts or the clamping force is impaired, or in case of damage.
Instrument oil may never be used.
NOTE
Repair must be carried out by Baitella AG. If not respected, the warranty becomes void!

Please send back only reprocessed products to the distributor / manufacturer for repair
(cleaned and disinfected).
Material resistance
Please note that the substances listed are
not
ingredients of the cleaning or disinfection agent:

Organic, inorganic and oxidizing acids (permitted pH higher than 6.5)

Bases (permitted pH lower than 8.5, neutral detergents are recommended)

Organic compounds / solvents (for example: alcohol, aldehyde, acetone, ether, benzene)

Oxidizing agents (for example: peroxide)

Halogens (chlorine, iodine, bromine)
-
Aromatic, halogenated hydrocarbons
-
Wax
The product is non-sterilizable. Please do not expose any products to temperatures higher than 60 °C (140 °F).
Reusability
The products can be reused if processed properly and undamaged (see chapter “Control”). The user assumes
full responsibility if damaged or dirty products are used (no liability will be accepted if this is not observed).
