Assigning Application Designations

A customer-specific designation that can be comprised of a max. of 16 AS-
CII characters can be assigned to every Application.
Assigning the Application designation can be carried out in the following
manner:



Use of the optional software Fischer DataCenter (scope of supply)



Transmitting the command “SAN” via the interface port
(

9.5.2 ‘Control Commands’, beginning on Page 136)

When making measurements in the matrix measuring mode, each block
can be assigned a designation as well (
