For the original purchaser, this one year limited warranty covers the Power Wheels

ride-on vehicle (purchased from

) against defects in materials and workmanship. The six month limited warranty applies only to the 6 volt

battery included by Power Wheels

®

with the original purchase of the vehicle.

This warranty covers normal use and does not cover the Power Wheels

®

vehicle or battery if it has been damaged 

by unreasonable use, neglect, accident, abuse, misuse, improper service or other causes not arising out of defects in 
materials or workmanship. Evidence of any attempt at consumer repair will void this warranty.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER, AND IS INTENDED TO EXCLUDE, ANY LIABILITY ON THE PART OF POWER
