Assembly

• Fit short end of the front axles up through the holes in

the underside of the steering linkage. Make sure the long
end of each front axle fits into the groove on each end of
the steering linkage.

• Fit the other driver onto the end of the rear axle. Make

sure the teeth in the driver fit into the motor gearbox.

• Slide a wheel (indented side first) and hubcap (pointed

side first) onto the end of the rear axle. Make sure the
ribs on the wheel fit into the grooves in the driver.

• Fit a .437 cap nut on the end of the rear axle.

• Tap the cap nut with a hammer to secure the cap nut on

the rear axle. Pull on the cap nut to be sure it is secure.

Hint: You may need the help of another adult to support
the other end of the rear axle assembly while you tap the
cap nut.

• Slide the rear wheel assembly through a motor and the

back end of the vehicle body.
