with A-style connectors and built-in thermal fuses. Power

6 volt batteries with external thermal fuses

will not fit in the battery compartment of this vehicle.
Use of any other batteries or fuses will damage your
vehicle. Make sure that you charge the batteries for at
least 18 hours using the enclosed Power Wheels

®

12 volt

charger before operating your vehicle for the first time.
Charge the batteries for at least 14 hours after each use of
the vehicle. Never charge the batteries longer than 30
hours. Failure to follow these instructions may damage
your batteries and will void your warranty.

• Place the Power Wheels

®

6 volt batteries upright in the

battery compartment. Make sure that the battery
connectors extend toward the left side of 
the vehicle.

• Fit the battery clamp over the batteries diagonally.

• Insert a screw through each end of the battery clamp

and into the screw pegs on the vehicle body.

• Tighten the screws using a Phillips screwdriver.

Do not over-tighten.

• Plug the battery and motor harness connectors together.

Push firmly to snap the two connectors together.
