Fault Codes Possible Causes What to Do
U1 Fill Fault

Turn the DishDrawer® water supply on.

Ensure the spray arm is on and can
rotate about the centre. If the
DishDrawer® is full of water, it will need
to be emptied manually.

The water block has been tripped (if
present).

Call your Authorised Service Centre.
U2 Loading Remove the item that is above the height
of the drawer. Push
button.
U4 Fault in the other
drawer preventing the
use of this drawer Check other drawer, attend to fault code
on that drawer.
