1. General description
EVAPORATIVE HUMIDIFIER
OPERATING PRINCIPLE
FISAIR evaporative humidifier units are designed to
increase the water vapour content of the treated air,
through the natural evaporation of water in its liquid
phase. The air flow being treated passes through a
cellular panel, which is watered by an irrigation system.
The panel is made up of undulating sheets of organic or
inorganic paper containing stiffening agents and water
absorbers.
Panels are laid out in criss-crossing channels to provide
a large surface area for air-water contact, which
maximizes water evaporation and at the same time
minimizes resistance to the air flow passing through
(pressure drop).

FISAIR evaporative humidifiers work in a similar way to
natural phenomena occurring in rivers, lakes and seas.
All that is added to the air is pure water vapour.
PROVISIONAL STORAGE
During storage, keep units dry and protected
against the elements.
