OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Only qualified or trained personnel should use this appliance.
Connect the appliance to the supply. For V6 and V6/F the green neon will
illuminate. For other models, turn on at the green switch, which will illuminate.
Set the oven temperature using the thermostat control knob
– the amber neon will
illuminate.
When the amber neon extinguishes, temperature is reached and product may be
loaded into the oven. The amber neon will cycle as the element operates to
maintain a constant oven temperature.
After use, switch off at the thermostat, then the green switch and then the electrical
supply.
For fan assisted models, switching off at the thermostat and allowing the fan to
keep running before switching off at the green switch and supply will allow the oven
to cool more quickly.
CLEANING
Do not use a water jet or steam cleaner, and do not immerse this appliance.
Clean all panels with warm water and mild detergent, do not use abrasive
materials. Dry with a soft cloth.
Shelves and side racks may be removed for cleaning.
