Operation
• Place a suitable pan or pot at the centre of the
heating surface of the appliance. (See - - > Suita-
ble cooking equipment for the appliance).
Note: Do not place empty cookware as this may
damage the cookware.
• Then, connect the cord of the control box with the
induction plate.
• Connect the power plug to a suitable electrical
socket.
• “- -“ will be shown on the digital display (3) and
ON indicator light up. The appliance is in STAND-
BY mode now.
• Press and hold ON / OFF button (1) for 1 ~ 2 seconds
to start operation.

• Set the power level by pressing increase or de-
crease button (2). (Power level range: 1 ~ 10).
• Now, the appliance starts cooking operation. The
set power level will be shown on the digital display
(3) during operation.
• After finishing, press the ON / OFF button (1) to
switch the appliance to STANDBY mode. And “- -“
will be shown on the digital display (3).
Note:
1). After an extended period of operation, the cool-
ing fan can keep running after placing the ap-
pliance in STANDBY mode. This is normal, wait
until the cooling fan stops running before dis-
connecting the power supply.
2). The heating surface is hot after use, even af-
ter switching the appliance to STANDBY mode.
Please wait until the appliance is completely
cooled down before touching or cleaning.
3). If during operation the cooking equipment is
removed or not placed the machine will ‘Beep,
and shut itself OFF within 1 minute.
