The spiral kneader mod.”SN” is a machine meant for professional use by bread bakers and pizzerias.
The different versions of the machine (7-12-18-25-38-50 Kg. of kneaded product) cater for a vast range of
production needs, allowing various types of dough to be obtained (suitable above all for soft dough for pizza
and bread). The assortment is made up of 6 different counter models:
