MECHANICAL LOCK SAFE
Symptoms
Check
I cannot open my safe with
my key.
• Your key is damaged :
- Use your spare key
• Someone tried to break into your
safe :
- Contact your retailer.
I cannot remove the key
when the lock to
my safe is open.
• That is normal : to avoid you losing
your key while the safe is open, the
Complice safe is equipped with a key
retaining system. Do not force the
key, you would only damage the key
and the lock.
I cannot close the lock to
my safe.
• The contents of the safe prevent
the
door from closing properly.
- Check whether something in the
safe is preventing the door from
closing.
• The key retaining system has been
forced :
- Turn the key clockwise and
anticlockwise,
without forcing.
- Contact your retailer.
I have lost my spare key.
• Contact your retailer who will tell
you how to have other keys cut or, if
you prefer, replace the lock to your
safe.
I have lost (or someone
stole) the keys to
my safe.
• Contact your retailer.
I wish to have extra keys
cut for my safe.
• Contact your retailer who will tell
you what to do.
