Power-off
The module supports the following three power-off modes.

Software power-off
When the module is working properly, do not cut off the power supply of
the module immediately to avoid damaging the internal Flash. It is
strongly recommended to power off the module by the PWRKEY pin or the
module by PWRKEY or AT command before cutting AT command before
cutting off the power supply.
When using the AT command to power off the module, ensure that the
PWRKEY pin is always at the high level after the power-off command is
executed. Otherwise, the module will automatically power on again.
The following figure shows the power-off timing sequence.
