LED Status, Faults & Warnings
The flame simulator has a tri-color LED which indicates the operational status of the simulator as
described in the table below.

Check you are within the specified distance
from the detector according to the detector’s
sensitivity setting.
2.
Check detector is powered and operational.
3. Check simulator window is clean.
4. Check detector window is clean, and not in
fault or indicating 2mA output to the panel
indicating a dirty window.
Note: Any alarm delay set in the detector will
require the simulator to be aimed at the detector
for that period plus up to 10 more seconds.
