USAGE
Press the “START” button in order for the treadmill to start operating after 3 seconds at a
speed 1 km/h. Press “SPEED +/-” in order to adjust the speed
Press “START” again in order for the treadmill to slow down and stop gradually.
Note: If the safety key is removed the treadmill stops automatically.
The treadmill will stop automatically after 30 minutes of continuous usage.
Incline adjustment - pull out the latch (see picture below) from both sides and insert
them into suitable positions in order to adjust the slope.
