Step 2 - Attach Handlebar
Attach the handlebar and stem to the frame as shown
below.

Insert the Stem into the frame past the
minimum insertion line and then tighten
the bolt snugly with an Allen wrench
(See
Figure 6).

The stem’s Minimum Insertion Mark
must not be visible above the top of the headset. If
the stem is extended beyond the Minimum
Insertion Mark the stem may break or damage the
frame, and could cause you to lose control and fall.
(2)
Loosen the Handlebar Bolt and rotate the
handlebars upward. Then tighten the
Handlebar Bolt again.
