User instructions
Subcontroller module type SPC200-SCU-AIF has been de-
signed as a module for the SPC200 Smart Positioning Control-
ler. It provides a connection for a second axis interface string
with maximum 2 pneumatic axes. In this way the SPC200 can
be extended to control maximum 4 pneumatic axes.
Detailed information on the subcontroller module can be found
in the user manual P.BE-SPC200-....
CAUTION
Pay strict attention to the following instructions shown
therein:
– safety guidelines
– specifications for the use of the individual modules and
components.
WARNING
Actuators may be activated unintentionally and the SPC200
may be damaged if components are added or removed
when the power supply is switched on.
Before undertaking installation or maintenance work, switch
off the following power supplies in the sequence listed:
1. the compressed air supply
2. the load voltage and the operating voltage for the SPC200.
