CAN bus (pins 2, 3, 7) related to external logic voltage supply (enables electrically isolated bus
connection).

Pin 6 and pin 9 must be supplied with 24 V.
5) Pin 3 and Pin 6 are connected with each other internally in the SFC−LAC−CO.
