Residual risks and protective devices
Residual risk may occur although the product has been developed and manufactured in accordance with the
current state of technology, applicable legal regulations, directives and standards. In order to avoid residual
risk, notes included on the product itself must be observed in addition to all of the safety instructions in
these operating instructions.
The condition of warning signs must be examined prior to commissioning. If they are illegible or missing,
they must be replaced before commissioning.
The protective devices must be
checked for correct functioning
prior to commissioning.
If they do not function correctly or
are missing, they must be
repaired or replaced before
commissioning.
