Application examples:
If two different working pressures are required at
connections 2 and 4 instead of the operating pressure of
the valve terminal:
If it is not possible to use the reversible pressure
regulator, e.g. when 2x3/2−way valves with ducted
exhaust 82/84 are used.

PM, PL, PK) Operating method of the reversible pressure regulator:
Pressurizing
The reversible pressure regulator splits up the supply air in
channel 1 and regulates the pressure in front of the valve in
the relevant channel (see

in Tab.1/13), in the other
channel (see
2
in Tab.1/13) the unregulated pressure from
channel 1 is present. The regulated air is then switched to
the relevant work channel. The valve is thus operated in
reversible mode.
Exhausting
In the valve the exhaust from the relevant work channel
(see
3
in Tab.1/13) is vented through channel 1 and
passed in the intermediate plate to the relevant exhaust
channel in the sub−base.
