6 MAINTENANCE

The instrument must only be operated by qualified personnel who have read these

instructions carefully.

Damaged parts must be replaced by qualified personnel with other appropriate and

original parts to avoid the possibility of electric shock.

Do not disassemble any part of the instrument, with the exception of those parts where

disassembly is explained in this manual.

Keep the appliance clean, do not use acetone or aggressive liquids for cleaning. To

clean, use a soft cloth. Wipe the LCD screen gently with a clean dry cloth. Remove the
battery before cleaning.

After the completion of any maintenance or cleaning, ask a qualified person to ensure

the proper functioning of the instrument.

Do not use the instrument in the event it emits smoke.

Remove the battery and ask qualified personnel to perform an inspection if the

following situations occur:

o

If liquid has been spilled on the instrument or objects have fallen on it.

o

If the instrument does not operate normally despite having followed the

operating instructions.

o

If the instrument has been damaged in any way.

o

If the instrument operates in a different way to usual.

6.1 Frequent problems

PROBLEM

The instrument is switched on for

does not reach the maximum
