Maintenance and Storage
• Lubricate all moving parts every 10,000 crimping cycles by
adding a few drops of machine lubricant.
• Check that all bolts and screws are properly tightened once
every few months, if not fix the problem before continued
crimping.
• Do not operate the FD66K in extreme temperature or
humidity (recomended operating conditions: 40 °F to 120 °F).
• When not in use unplug the FD66K and block all open ports
with dust caps.
• Store the FD66K in a cool and dry place along with suitable
covering to prevent a build up of rust and debris.
