Oil passages
Oil passages on the bar should be cleaned to ensure proper lubrication of the bar
and chain during operation.

NOTICE
The condition of the oil passages can be easily checked. If the passages are clear, the
chain will automatically give off a spray of oil within seconds of starting the saw. Your
saw is equipped with an automatic oiler system.
Automatic chain lubrication
The chainsaw is equipped with an automatic oil lubrication system with a toothed
wheel drive. It automatically supplies the bar and the chain with the right quantity of
oil. The moment the engine is accelerated, the oil also starts to flow through the bar
plate more quickly as well.
The chain lubrication system has been set to its perfect adjustment at the factory.
To check the chain lubrication, hold the chainsaw, with the chain, over a piece of
paper and run it at full speed for a few seconds. You will be able to judge the set
amount of oil from the paper.
If it requires adjusting, take the saw to your nearest authorised after-sales service
outlet.
