IX. CHANGING THE LAMP
The PowerStrobe lamp will need to be replaced whenever the lamp reaches its total
end of life point. (ie. complete loss of flashing)
Before reaching its total end of life point, the lamp may exhibit reduced light output,
as well as inconsistent flashing. Lamp replacement for this condition is recommended
if the actual inspection application requires peak lamp performance.
WARNING! PROCEED WITH CAUTION
The PowerStrobe lamp operates at
LETHAL High Voltages.
The lamp and lens may be extremely
HOT
after only a few minutes of
operation. Before opening, remove the DC power pack and wait one minute to
allow the voltage to bleed off. Allow to
cool
as necessary.

Remove DC Power Pack.
2.
Remove the (4) screws holding the front bezel to remove the
bezel, window and window trim ring (#1 Phillips screw driver).
