- To prevent harming your appliance do not use extension cords that
supply insufficient current.
- Do not connect the thermostat controller to the mains before having
inserted the thermostat controller into the appliance. Make sure that the
inside of the thermostat controller socket is completely dry before inserting
the thermostat controller. Only use the thermostat controller supplied with
the appliance.
- Do not place

over or near direct heat sources
such as a stove or heating oven.
- Do not let cord hang over edge of a table or counter, or touch any other
appliances or hot surfaces.
- Place the unit on a flat and fixed surface, which would be resistant to
heat.
- After having used your pizza pan, remove the mains plug from the wall
socket and allow it to cool down; move only after it has completely cooled
down.
- When your appliance is not used or before cleaning it, turn the thermostat
controller to the “Off” position and unplug it.

cleaning or any other purposes.
- Do not touch metal parts when in use.
- Avoid actions that may harm or damage the cord or plug of your device.
To unplug the appliance, first hold the plug and

warming and cooking foods, and grilling.
- You can clean the non-stick cooking plates easily.
BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME
- Wash your
Felix Pizzarella Pizza Pan
and its lid as described under
“Cleaning and care” and wipe off using a dry cloth. Preheat the appliance,
slightly greasing the cooking surface with cooking oil. Then, wipe off the
excessive quantity of oil. You may notice a slight smoke or odour. This is
normal and will not recur after a while.
Using Pizza Pan:
- Cooking surface is covered with non-stick coating. Never use a sharp
metal spatula or knife for cutting or mixing foods on the surface.
- Do not put thermostat controller on the cooking surface, otherwise it may
scratch or damage to the surface.

’s non-stick cooking surfaces you
can cook meals without oils and make grills.
- Set the variable temperature button located on the thermostat controller
to the position “OFF”. Then place the thermostat controller onto its slot on
the appliance and connect the mains plug into the power outlet.
- Make sure that the thermostat controller is fitted well onto its place. If the
thermostat controller is not fitted well onto its place, the excessive heat that
may occur due to the failure to contact may damage to your appliance.
- Adjust the temperature of your unit according to the foods to be
cooked (by using temperature button). Red pilot light will turn on,
indicating that your appliance is switched on.
NOTE: The Pizza Pan should be preheated for approximately five
minutes. When the control lamp goes off, the pan is ready for
operation.
- This light will be on until the adjusted temperature
range is reached. When the desired temperature
is reached the pilot light will go off and during
cooking it will be on and off since the cooking
temperature is maintained by the thermostat.
