This is a switch which changes the mode of the extruder
between heating and cooling. From the factory the
switches are set in cooling mode.

When using different brand syringes, they might differ
slightly in length. This mechanism compensates for small
length variation. The idea is that during retractions of the
syringe plunger during the print, the syringe base does
not move upwards. Turning the bolt clockwise will move
the part inwards and downwards.
