Loosen the screws and remove
the TEMPERATURE SENSING ROD
5-3 Disasseble the Chocolate Sink
Remove the Temperature Probe.
Loosen up the screws on the fixing stand of TEMPERATURE SENSING ROD,
pull out the TEMPERATURE SENSING ROD and wipe it clean. Stick it on the side.
Remove the 4 Fixing Screws on the Chocolate Sink.
Remove 4 FIXING SCREWS
