The machine is equipped with a mechanical brake,
which guarantees that all the moveable parts will come
to a stop within 10 seconds, once the machine has been
switched off.
The brake shoes of the brake will wear out and thus need
to be controlled regularly and replaced if necessary
to fulfill the required braking time, as stipulated in the
regulations.
5.3 Automatic braking system
Your machine is equipped with an automatic braking
unit. The brake is a maintenance-free DC braking unit.
All necessary adjustments are done by FELDER KG.
