Safety precautions

 

Before you start rerpairing and at least after having finished repair ( especially motor or switch ) it´s important 
to test the turning direction of the motor 

without

 grinding belt mounted. If the turning direction is wrong 

(and working with grinding belt mounted) it can cause 

accidents

 

and 

damages

 of the belt grinder .  

Furthermore you can´t adjust a belt grinder correctly if the running direction is wrong!
