The charging time for the FEIN battery
charger ALG 20 lies between 20 to
60 minutes, depending on the capacity of
the battery.
If the battery becomes discharged within a
short time despite it having been charged
correctly, it has reached the end of its
service life.
Adapter (3).
The adapter serves for charging FEIN bat-
teries using the battery interface “Indus-
try” (d).
The battery interface “Industry” (d) is
used for batteries of the following devices:
- ASW 12
- A
CCU
T
EC
- ABS 9,6-2 EU
- ABS 12-2 EU
- ASB 12-2 EU
- DSske
- DSse
- MSx 315

Push the adapter (3) onto the charging
interface (2) from above until it
notches.

To pull of the adapter (3) pull the lock-
ing lever and pull the adapter off
upwards.
Key to the LED display (1).
LED display Condition
Red Without the battery pushed on:
Ready for use.
Red With the battery pushed on:
Battery is faulty,
Contact cut-out.
Red flashing The upper or lower temperature limit of the
battery has been exceeded; the temperature
sensor is faulty or the battery is discharged.
Fast-charging is not possible.
Only the conservation-charging is active.
Red + green flashing Fast-charging is active.
Green Fast-charging completed
(battery is fully charged).
The conservation-charging is active.
