b. Storage and storage for long periods without use
Failure to follow the storage instructions may lead to start-up
problems due to gasoline residues in the carburettor or permanent
damage.

Empty the fuel tank into a well-ventilated place. Start the engine and
let it run until it stops due to lack of fuel.

Change the oil.

Unscrew the spark plug.

Pour a tablespoon of motor oil into the engine space by opening the
spark plug;

Pull the safety bar pulled slowly several times on the launcher rope
to spread the oil inside the engine;

Screw in the spark plugs thoroughly.

Dispose of used oil and gasoline residues correctly (see "Disposal /
environmental protection").

Dispose the tool, its accessories and its packaging for ecological recycling.

Carefully empty the fuel and oil tanks and take your unit to a recovery
center. Plastic and metal parts can be sorted and recycled.

Return used oil and petrol residues to the appropriate dump stations
and collection points and do not discharge them into sewers or sewers.
