Keep the sander in constant motion while abrasive pad is in contact with the work surface. Use a steady,
sweeping motion. Stopping the Sander (on the work), or moving the Sander erratically can cause
unacceptable swirl marks and unevenness in the work surface.
NOTE: Do not allow rotating abrasive pad to contact sharp protrusions. Contact with protruding
objects (nails, screws, electrical boxes, etc.), can severely damage the abrasive pad.
g. Angle grinding
In order to do side grinding work, assemble with delta pad (see below for the assembly).
h. Replacement of sanding paper
The tool must be switched off and unplugged.
Hold the tool and remove the current sand paper by pulling it.
Before the installation of a new sanding paper, clear the tool before. Remove dirt sticking grinding wheel.
Stick a new sand paper on the tool. Be sure that the edges are well aligned together. For the delta pad, be
sure also that the hole of the sand paper are aligned with the holes of the delta pad.
i. Replacement of the disc.
Press the quick assemble button to release rotary pad.
